JA Food Service : Who We Serve

	We are committed to ... JA Foodservice Corporation has been serving older adults and pre-school children nutritious food in a variety of diets. We now produce several thousand meals per day for Congregate and Home Delivered Meal Programs, Day Cares, Head Start and Schools in Lower SW Michigan and Northern Indiana. JA Foodservice is a proud member of the School Nutrition Association.

Who We Serve

Senior Meal Programs
- Serving Congregate, Home delivered hot and cold lunches and Frozen Meals.
Headstart
- Serving breakfast, Lunch and Snacks.
Daycares
- Both Senior and Child.
Charter and Public Schools
- Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Afterschool Supper Menus.
Boys and Girls Club
- Afterschool Dinner and Snack Program.
Summer Foodservice Programs
- Locker Mates-shelf stable made to order lunches.
Department of Defense, FEMA
- Emergency shelf stable meals.

JA Foodservice continues to be a job-training site for the autistic and/or handicapped young adults through numerous community-based, vocational training programs.

In 1996-97 we received the Business of the Year Award for our contributions to these programs.
